Circular economy of matter
Every production process begins with a choice. At Artinox, this choice is not only about what to create, but how to do it and what its impact will be over time.
From this perspective, stainless steel has a clear path forward. It is a material that retains its value over time and can be recovered and reused while maintaining its mechanical properties, thereby the reliance on new resources. Over 70% of the material comes from recycled steel and is, in turn, 100% recyclable. A solid foundation for building a more responsible sustainability-focused approach.
Production efficiency and energy indipendence
Alongside the choice of materials, a central role is played by the evolution of processes. In recent years, Artinox has invested in more modern and efficient technologies, introducing advanced processing systems that enable for greater precision and operational continuity. This translates not only into more consistent quality but also into a reduction in waste and a more efficient use of resource. Indeed, automation and the control of processing parameters allow for the optimization of every stage, limiting waste and consumption.
This is complemented by the recent installation of a photovoltaic system, designed to meet part of the company’s energy requirements. The energy produced from renewable sources reduces the environmental impact of production activities and represents a concrete step toward greater energy autonomy.
Emissions monitoring
In addition to energy contribution the company is implementing the emissions monitoring, with the goal of making its impact increasingly measurable and identifying areas for improvement. A natural evolution to integrate sustainability and industrial performance.
