The Mazak OPTIPLEX 3015 Ez 2D fiber laser cutting system is now fully operational within our production department. The integration of this system further expand our capabilities in stainless steel machining, with a particular focus on AISI 304 and 316 applications.
The adoption of 4 kW technology ensures high and consistent cutting quality across thin and medium-gauge materials. The cast iron structure and the Mazatrol SmoothLx CNC ensure structural stability, maintaining tolerances of up to ± 0.05 mm. This guarantees high repeatability and reduced waste, enhancing the final value of every component.
